Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Step 2
Place half of bread cubes into greased 9x13x2-inch pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle corn, chiles and green onions evenly over bread.
Step 4
Top with half of the cheese then add remaining bread.
Step 5
Whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings.
Step 6
Pour evenly over pan; gently press bread into pan to ensure it is covered with mixture.
Step 7
Top with remaining cheese.
Step 8
Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Remove foil and bake another 15-20 min. or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center of pan. Note: Dish can be prepared, covered and refrigerated overnight. Bake 45 minutes covered, and 15-20 uncovered.
Step 10
Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
Step 11
Ladle salsa over each piece.
