  • 2 ounces fresh vine ripened tomatoes diced and seeded into 34 inch cubes
  • 2 ounces Cucumbers seeded and diced into 3-4 inch cubes
  • 2 ounces red and yellow peppers diced into 34 inch cubes
  • 1 ounce pitted kalamata or nicoise olives
  • 1 ounce Julienned red onions
  • 2 ounces shaved parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounces your favorite balsamic vinaigrette
  • a few leaves of bibb lettuce for base of salad
  • 1 loaf KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread

Panzanella Salad
Step 1
Cut KING'S HAWAIIAN Sweet Bread slices into

1-inch cubes and toast in oven at 325°, to a light golden brown color.
Step 3
Toss together first six ingredients with bread cubes; place on top of Bibb lettuce.
Step 4
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
