This yummy Bacon-Mac & Cheese Grilled Cheese would be the perfect snack to keep you full until supper time or you can make it a meal!
Add butter to a skillet or griddle and place over medium heat to melt.
While butter melts, separate buns. Place about 1/4 of cheese over each bottom bun. Add half of mac & cheese to each bun and top with 1 1/2 slices of bacon. Top with remaining cheese and bun tops.
Lightly press sandwiches together and place in melted butter.
Cook on both sides until bun is crisp and cheese is melted.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
