  • 1 pound Ground Bison
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup King's Hawaiian Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce
  • 1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce leaf

BBQ Bison Slider
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Combine bison, egg and bread crumbs together in a small mixing bowl. Portion the meat mixture into 9 small slider patties, then arrange on a sheet pan and refrigerate.
Step 3
Halve the King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls and set aside.
Step 4
Place sheet pan of sliders in preheated oven and bake 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the sliders from the oven and begin assembling sliders with the lettuce and tomato on King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
