Ingredients
1 King's Hawaiian hamburger bun
1 Portobello mushroom
1 slice pineapple
1 slice Red Onion
1 slice tomato
Chipotle BBQ sauce
Square of Aluminum Foil

Marinade *
2 tablespoons garlic minced
2 tablespoons Basil
1/3 cup olive oil

Batter *
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Water
Pinch of salt
Vegetable oil for frying pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill
Step 2
Create marinade by mixing olive oil, basil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Step 3
Marinade the Portobello in the mix for 20-30 minutes then place on the grill.
Step 4
Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
Place in Portobello in aluminum foil to keep warm.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil until proper heat for deep-frying.
Step 7
Mix flour, water, and a pinch of salt to create the batter for the pineapple.
Step 8
Dip Pineapple into the batter and make sure it is well coated.
Step 9
Place battered pineapple into heated vegetable oil and deep fry slices of pineapple until golden brown. Remove from oil and let cool.
Step 10
Place the lettuce, red onion, and tomato onto the bottom half of the King’s Hawaiian Hamburger Bun.
Step 11
Place the fried pineapple followed by the Portobello mushroom on top.
Step 12
Pour BBQ sauce (as desired) and finish burger with top of the King’s Hawaiian Hamburger Bun.
