Beef n Bleu Flatbread

1 ounce Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
1/4 Onion, caramelized, grilled, or sauteed until clear and sweet
3 pices Button or Cremini Mushrooms, sauteed


Step 1
Heat oven to 350F

Step 2
Slice the round bread sideways about ¼” thick to make a pizza shaped round. If you would like a more flatbread look, you can also cut off round edges to make a rectangular shape.

Step 3
Spread sauce on bread slices.

Step 4
Add toppings of onions, mushrooms, steak and cheese.

Step 5
Put flatbread on a cookie sheet and put in oven. To prevent the bread from getting too dark, lightly cover in foil. Bake for 7-10 minutes bread is crisp on the edges.

Step 6
Let sit for 5 minutes, cut and serve warm.
