Toast rolls in lightly buttered pan and set aside.
Cut Ahi Tuna across the grain into squares about 2
Roll pieces in cajun spice so you cover the top, bottom and two sides but not the ends.
Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.
Sear each side of tuna pieces.
Remove from skillet and set aside to cool before cutting it.
In mixing bowl, toss arugula with white wine vinegar, sea salt and pepper to taste.
Slice cooled tuna into pieces about 1/4
Place toasted rolls on a plate and separate tops from bottoms to fill sliders.
On each slider, place a tomato slice, then arugula, then sliced tuna.
In small mixing bowl, combine the Auntie Liliko'i Passion Fruit Wasabi mustard, soy sauce and Budweiser together.
Drizzle sauce over each half of the sliders.
Place top of rolls on the sliders, skewer and serve.
