Similar to peppermint bark, but better because it's peppermint bark on King's Hawaiian!
Step 1
Melt chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a double boiler then remove from stove.
Step 2
Immediately stir in 2 drops of peppermint extract to chocolate mix, then let sit to cool.
Step 3
Keeping the rolls together, slice entire package of rolls lengthwise, leaving 1/2-inch thick bottoms in tact.
Step 4
Set bread on lined cookie sheet then evenly spread chocolate ganache over the top of the KING’S HAWAIIAN roll halves.
Step 5
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the bars.
Step 6
Refrigerate to let chocolate ganache set. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
