Separate rolls, cut in half horizontally to make 24 halves and lay out on a baking sheet.
Brush melted butter onto open half of each roll.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar onto buttered halves.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before adding frosting.
Frost each cinnamon/sugar toasted roll using a decorative tip and frosting bag. Use black sparkle gel tube to make eyes and mouth of ghost.
Display this dish on a table near a black light. The cream cheese frosting and the white pieces of bread will carry a slight glow depending on the strength of the black light. Note: Have your guests eat these rather quickly as the toasted bread can get stale if sitting out too long.
