Ingredients

8 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls

3 Plum tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, diced

4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil + extra for brushing rolls

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Split all the rolls in half. Using a serrated knife will give you a nice clean cut.
Step 2
Brush all pieces with olive oil and toast in a grill pan on medium heat for about 2 minutes or until you have grill marks. Set aside.
Step 3
Combine the tomatoes, basil & garlic in a bowl.
Step 4
Toss gently with olive oil.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Top toasted King's Hawaiian roll slices with bruschetta mixture and serve.
