To make chipotle mayo: Combine ½ cup mayo, chipotle chiles (more or less depending on how spicy you like your mayo), adobo sauce and lime juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
To make Crab Cakes: Tear 2 King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls into small pieces and place in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, whisk 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise, melted butter, egg, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and ½ teaspoon sea salt. Add mayonnaise mixture to roll pieces in medium bowl and stir to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes. Gently fold in crab meat.
Brush a baking sheet with butter. Tightly pack crab mixture into 10 small patties and arrange on baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat broiler. Cut remaining 10 King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls in half and arrange on baking sheet cut sides up. Brush rolls with remaining melted butter. Broil until golden. Transfer crab cakes to broiler and cook, rotating pan as needed, until golden and warmed through, about 6 minutes.
Place one crab cake on bottom of each sweet roll. Top each slider with shredded red cabbage, chipotle mayo and top of sweet roll. Enjoy!
