Ingredients
4 slices Kings Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread Toasted
2 10oz Cans White and Dark Meat Chicken-drained
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon Mayo with Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 Green leaf lettuce
4 tomato slices
1 Avocado- sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Drain chicken and empty into bowl
Step 2
Add Sugar, Pepper, Mayo and Miracle Whip and mix well
Step 3
Add Walnuts and Cranberries and mix again
Step 4
Assemble sandwich: on bottom slice of toast in order: Lettuce, tomato slices, scoop of chicken salad, sliced avocado. Place top piece of toast and slice diagionally.
