  • 4 slices Kings Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread Toasted
  • 2 10oz Cans White and Dark Meat Chicken-drained
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Mayo with Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 Green leaf lettuce
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 1 Avocado- sliced

Preparation

Chunky and creamy white and dark meat chicken salad with cranberries, walnuts, lettuce, tomato and avocado, on toasted King's Hawaiian sliced bread. Served with a green bean and feta cheese salad.
Step 1
Drain chicken and empty into bowl
Step 2
Add Sugar, Pepper, Mayo and Miracle Whip and mix well
Step 3
Add Walnuts and Cranberries and mix again
Step 4
Assemble sandwich: on bottom slice of toast in order: Lettuce, tomato slices, scoop of chicken salad, sliced avocado. Place top piece of toast and slice diagionally.
