Preparation

All four food groups are in this curry-cinnamon-infused egg and bacon melt. It's good for you and oh-so-yummy.
Step 1
Butter both sides of King's Hawaiian bread and warm in a frying pan on low
Step 2
Cook bacon strips in honey, curry and cinnamon
Step 3
Fry eggs and sprinkle curry, cinnamon, pepper and salt.
Step 4
Place cheddar slices on warming bread
Step 5
Stack eggs, bacon, sliced avocado and tomato between the toasted King's Hawaiian bread
