  • 1 cup Seafood breader
  • 3 cups canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi Mayonnaise
  • 3 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls

Preparation

1lb of lean gator meat marinated over night in olive oil/vinegar and spices of your choosing, Seafood Breader, Canola Oil, 3 King's Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp of Wasabi sauce, lettuce, tomato, cheese (cheddar or provolone). Bread gator, fry, assemble sandwich--
Step 1
Marinate gator meat overnight in olive oil and vinegar
Step 2
Bread gator and fry in Canola oil
Step 3
Mix Mayoniase and Wasabi Mayonaise
Step 4
Assemble Sandwiches
