Season 1 1b ground turkey and form into rectangles to fit Mini Sub rolls. slice tomato and tear romaine lettuce. Butter sub rolls and sprinkle w/ garlic powder. Grill meat until done. Grill buns 1 minute. Assemble. Mix 1/4 C Guava Jelly 1 tsp horseradish. Spread on buns and serve
Step 1
Preheat grill and mix ground turkey with spices. Shape into rectangles to fit buns. Butter and garlic powder buns. Slice tomatoes and cut romaine lettuce.
Step 2
Put meat on a nonstick pan on top of grill and put meat on grill. Cover and cook 4 minutes on each side. When meat is done, remove from heat and toast garlic butter buns for one minute.
Step 3
Mix guava jelly with horseradish and spread on tops of buns assemble subs lettuce, tomato, turkey. Serve immediately
