Grilled Turkey Mini Sub With Guava Horseradish Sauce

Recipe Details

1 pound ground turkey

1 tablespoon powdered Turkey Gravy Mix

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 medium size Tomato (sliced)

1/4 cup Guava Jelly

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish sauce

4 leaves *Romaine Lettuce

4 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls

Step 1
Preheat grill and mix ground turkey with spices. Shape into rectangles to fit buns. Butter and garlic powder buns. Slice tomatoes and cut romaine lettuce.
Step 2
Put meat on a nonstick pan on top of grill and put meat on grill. Cover and cook 4 minutes on each side. When meat is done, remove from heat and toast garlic butter buns for one minute.
Step 3
Mix guava jelly with horseradish and spread on tops of buns assemble subs lettuce, tomato, turkey. Serve immediately
