  • 8 sausage patties
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Are you feeling rushed during the weekday mornings? Make breakfast a little easier with this pre-wrapped breakfast sandwich! Heat it and enjoy a hearty breakfast to kick-start your day!
Step 1
Slice the KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread into 8 slices. Using a glass or biscuit cutter, cut 2 circles out of each slice, so you have a total of 16 slices. Save the remaining bread to make croutons or bread pudding.
Step 2
Butter each bread round and broil in the oven, until lightly toasted.
Step 3
In a large pan, cook 8 sausage patties. Remove from pan and set aside, leaving the sausage drippings in the pan.
Step 4
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pan used to cook the sausage. Cook over medium heat turning occasionally with a rubber spatula, until cooked through. Divide the eggs into 8 equally sized portions.
Step 5
Assembly: Place a toasted circle on a piece of wax paper, toasted side up. Top with a sausage patty. Top with egg. Add another toasted circle, toasted side down. Wrap the sandwich with the wax paper and refrigerate, until ready to serve.
Step 6
When it’s time for breakfast, reheat in a microwave for 30-60 seconds.
