Hawaiian Curry French Toast

4 large eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Yellow Curry Powder
2 Bananas (sliced)
1-2 teaspoons powdered sugar for garnish
1 cup maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons butter or margarine


Step 1
Butter a frying pan and warm

Step 2
Beat the eggs lightly (I like to use a plastic sandwich container because it's perfect for dipping bread slices-can be sealed and shaken)

Step 3
Add the milk, cinnamon, vanilla and curry powder. Shake or stir again.

Step 4
Dip both sides of the bread slices in and let some of it drip off before you put in pan

Step 5
Slice and fry bananas in another pan

Step 6
When all sides of bread are light brown, stack, add bananas a sprinkling of powdered sugar and maple syrup
