Hawaiian Sliders

2 Packages of KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 Red onion, cut in half and sliced thin
5 Sweet peppers, sliced in half
20 ounces Can pineapple, drained and juice reserved
For sauce *
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sweet mustard
2 tablespoons Pineapple juice


Step 1
Preheat grill.

Step 2
Scoop ground beef into about 1/4 cup measure and pat into patties. Season patties with salt and pepper on one side and garlic salt on the other side.

Step 3
Grill burgers about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Cover and set aside.

Step 4
Place onions, peppers and pineapples on grill and cook about 3 minutes per side or just until vegetables start to soften. Remove and cover until ready to serve.

Step 5
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.

Step 6
Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet mustard, and pineapple juice until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 7
To assemble sliders

Cut King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half and coat each side with sauce. Add a burger patty, a slice of onion, pepper and half of a pineapple slice. Top with remaining rolls.
