  • 10 each KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hot Dog Buns
  • 10 each Hot Dogs
  • 3 (12 ounce) IPA beers
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Roasted tomatoes
  • 1 each Red bell pepper
  • 1 each green bell pepper
  • 1 each White onion
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

IPA Braised Hot Dog & Peppers
Step 1
Butter toast King Hawaiian Hot Dog Bun.
Step 2
Simmer Hot Dog in IPA beer with brown sugar till hot 180 degrees.
Step 3
Camelize onions in sauté pan then add julienne bell peppers and continue to sauté.
Step 4
Add 1 cup of IPA broth the onions and bell peppers then add roasted tomatoes. Simmer for till hot 160 degrees.
Step 5
Place Hot dog in toasted Kings Hawaiian bun, then top with roasted tomato mix.
