Lomi (massage) salt all over pork, wrap salted pork with banana leaf, cook for 3.5 to 4 hr. @ 300F in a pan, allow cooked pork to cool and then shred. Pour liquid smoke evenly throughout shredded pork and mix as needed.

In a blender, add all ingredients and pulse until mixture is smooth & creamy, about 10-15 seconds.
Assemble Kalua Pork Rolls
Brush outsides of buns lightly with olive oil or butter then toast lightly in a pan.
Fill the toasted buns with Kalua pork, then drizzle with pineapple sauce. Top with arugula, Maui onions (optional). Kaukau time!
