Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush King's Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls split sideways with butter and place on grill., Grill 2 minutes or until toasted and remove from grill; set aside
In medium sized bowl mix together mayonnaise, dill,1/2 teaspoon salt, bacon, and lemon juice until combined. Fold in lobster meat and place in refrigerator.
Rub corn with 1 tablespoon olive oil and wrap each ear in aluminum foil. Place on grill and cook 15 minutes, turning once until corn is tender and slightly charred. Remove from grill and cool slightly
In large bowl whisk together remaining olive oil, lime juice, and lime zest. Add red onion, tomatoes, remaining salt,and pepper to dressing. Remove kernels from ears of corn and add to salad; toss well to coat.
To serve: top each toasted roll with one piece of Bibb lettuce, corn salad, and lobster mixture. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
