Loaded Turkey & Beef Melt

Ingredients

1 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 large sweet onion
1 package smoked provolone cheese
1 bag Spinach
1 package turkey slices
1 package beef slices
to taste Onion Powder
to taste garlic salt
to taste white salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1
Cut King's Hawaiian bread to make 6 triangle pieces. Coat tops and bottoms with olive oil and toast in oven. Chop onion, peppers and saute in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter and set aside.

Step 2
Saute spinach with 1 tablespoon olive oil and I tablespoon butter about 5 minutes. Add garlic salt and onion powder to taste and 2 slices of the provolone cheese when almost done.

Step 3
Roll your turkey and beef slices and arrange on bottoms. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese, onion and pepper mixture and spinach on top. Coat tops with white salad dressing and top sandwiches. Microwave for 15 seconds and enjoy.
