  • 3 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped maui or vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers, small dice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet meatloaf seasoning mix or packet of onion soup
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (sometimes we use a little more)
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Large Eggs (to mix)
  • 1 teaspoon season all
  • 1 Oven Bag
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls

Preparation

We make meatloaf just so we can have the sandwiches, putting it on King's Hawaiian bread makes it ULTIMATE! We keep it simple, make a good meatloaf and eat it on sweet Hawaiian bread with mayo and ketchup, it is almost as good as desert.
Step 1
Preheat Oven 350
Step 2
Place onions, bellpeppers, garlic, parsley, olive oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Mix in a large bowl, gound meat, bread crumbs, season packet, parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, garlic powder, eggs and season all.
Step 4
Add microwaved ingrediants.
Step 5
Mix everything together.
Step 6
Shape mixture into a loaf shape. Slide it in the oven bag.
Step 7
Cook for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 8
Add ketchup and mayonnaise to your King's Mini Sub Roll Hawaiian bread. Slice meatloaf (1 inch thick) and place it on the Mini Sub Roll.
