Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the bundt pan by spraying with cooking spray.
In a sauce pot on medium heat, melt the butter and 1/2 the brown sugar and 1/2 the granulated sugar.
Whisk to combine and melt until it begins to bubble.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
In a separate bowl combine the remaining sugars and cinnamon.
Take each quarter of the dinner roll and quickly dunk it in the egg mixture, lightly toss the bread into the sugar mixture until coated. then place each piece into the prepared bundt pan.
Repeat until you fill the bundt pan.
Pour the remainder of the butter sugar sauce on top of the bread.
Place in oven and cook for 50-60minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool 3-5 minutes. Flip the bundt pan to remove the monkey bread and let cool an additional 10 minutes.
While the monkey bread is cooling whisk together the 1/8c of milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. When cool, pour the glaze along the top of the monkey bread. If adding additional fruit, top with choice of fruit.
