1 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread

1 Fresh pineapple

1/2 cup Raisins

3 eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup milk

Your Favorite Bacon!

Step 1
You’ll first want to start by cutting the King’s Hawaiian Round Bread into cubes and setting them aside in a large bowl.
Step 2
I might even suggest allowing the bread to sit out for a few hours if time allows. You will also want to start cooking your bacon to cut into pieces later.
Step 3
Then you will begin by prepping your fresh pineapple and cutting it up into small pieces. You could easily substitute canned pineapple if you don’t have fresh available.
Step 4
Once your pineapple is cut up combine the raisins, milk and pineapple into a sauce pan and cook until the pineapple is nice and soft and starting to fall apart. Add your heavy cream and mix together.
Step 5
Once the mixture is well mixed together you will add it to your cubed bread and add the eggs.
Step 6
You’ll need to chop your cooked bacon into small pieces and top your bread pudding with your fresh bacon bits.
Step 7
Simply bake in the oven at 375 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden on top.
