Crispy fried shrimp with lettuce, avocado and a sweet and spicy mango salsa on a King's Hawaiian Mini Sub Roll. Sandwiches don't get any better than this!
Step 1
Fry frozen popcorn shrimp in deep fryer at 350 degrees for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain
Step 2
Gently mix diced mango into pico de gallo and set aside
Step 3
On bottom of King's Hawaiin Mini Sub roll spread a thin layer of diced avocado, add shredded lettuce
Step 4
Place approximately 6 fried shrimp on top of lettuce
Step 5
Sparingly add a teaspoon of Mango Salsa on top of shrimp, add top piece of King's Hawaiian Mini Sub Roll
