  • 2-3 pounds Pork shoulder, fat trimmed
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 2 bottles King's Hawaiian Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce
  • 1 package Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Bacon (cooked)
  • Sour cream/crema For drizzle
  • 1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns

Smoked Bacon Pulled Pork Sandwich
Step 1
Place pork in slow cooker. Top with chopped onions and 1 full bottle (approx. 2 cups) of barbecue sauce. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. (Slow cooker strengths may vary, so adjust cooking time as needed.)
Step 2
When pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Put shredded pork back into slow cooker to keep warm and cover with more sauce as desired.
Step 3
Build your sandwich: Bottom bun, pineapple pork, shredded cheese, crema drizzle, BBQ sauce drizzle, King’s Hawaiian Sweet Pineapple BBQ Sauce, top bun.
