Recipe Details

2 - 3 pounds Chicken breast, thin cut if available

1 Weber brand Kick'n chicken seasoning

Pepperjack cheese, sliced

Bacon (cooked)

Tomato (sliced)

1 package King's Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls

Step 1
If you have a whole chicken breast, cut into thinner pieces for easier cooking. Also cut the pieces down to slider sized portions. Then season chicken with Kick’n Chicken seasoning, or your favorite spicy seasoning. Salt, pepper and chili flake will also do.
Step 2
Grill chicken until cook thoroughly. Right before chicken is done, add slices of pepperjack cheese to the top and let melt.
Step 3
If desired, toast rolls over indirect heat.
Step 4
Build your slider: Bottom roll, mayo, arugala, tomato, chicken breast w/cheese, bacon, top roll.

Neens from Ono Yum says:

This littler slider packs a lot of heat! From the King’s Hawaiian Jalapeno roll to the spicy seasoned chicken breast and the pepperjack cheese. But if this isn’t hot enough for you, jalapeno bacon can sometimes be found in your local market, and you can always add sriracha or Tapatio to your mayo!
