  • 2 slices KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or margerine
  • Lorraine® Premium Swiss Cheese
  • 1 sprig Fresh dill

Preparation

King's Hawaiian bread topped with eggs and Lorraine Swiss Cheese is a sunny way to start the day.
Step 1
Fry eggs sunny-side up to desired doneness on stove-top over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare bacon slices according to package directions.
Step 2
While eggs and bacon are cooking, slice two pieces of King’s Hawaiian® Original Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread in half, buttering one side of each. Place slices butter-side down in skillet over medium heat and top with Lorraine® Swiss Cheese. Cook until brown on bottom and cheese begins to melt.
Step 3
Assemble sandwich by topping with egg, bacon and fresh dill.
