Drain crushed pineapple, save juice.
In a medium sized pan, combine crushed pineapple, ketchup, green peppers, onions, tomato sauce, and chili powder; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to combine flavors, stir in pulled pork, cook until thickened and hot.
Meanwhile, split buns, place on cookie sheet; brush all sides with combine pineapple juice and butter. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 4 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, marshmallow crème, lime juice, and ginger; stir in coleslaw, pepper cheese, and cilantro.
Prepare sandwiches: Place a quarter of pulled pork on each sandwich bottom; top with coleslaw and sandwich bun top. Serve 4 warm sandwiches
