Sweet 'n Sassy Pineapple Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 (8 ounce) can sweet crushed pineapple

1/2 cup Ketchup

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 cup chopped sweet onion

1 (8 ounce) can zesty tomato sauce with green chilies

1 teaspoon chili powder

12 ounces cooked smoked seasoned pulled pork

4 buns King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Hamburger Buns, split

1 teaspoon Pineapple juice

1 tablespoon Melted Butter

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon marshmallow creme

1 teaspoon Lime juice

1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1-1/4 cups three color coleslaw

2 tablespoons shredded pepper cheese

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Step 1
Drain crushed pineapple, save juice.
Step 2
In a medium sized pan, combine crushed pineapple, ketchup, green peppers, onions, tomato sauce, and chili powder; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to combine flavors, stir in pulled pork, cook until thickened and hot.
Step 3
Meanwhile, split buns, place on cookie sheet; brush all sides with combine pineapple juice and butter. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 4 minutes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, marshmallow crème, lime juice, and ginger; stir in coleslaw, pepper cheese, and cilantro.
Step 5
Prepare sandwiches: Place a quarter of pulled pork on each sandwich bottom; top with coleslaw and sandwich bun top. Serve 4 warm sandwiches
