These bite-size beauties are the perfect appetizer for any party.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Remove crusts from bread. Roll bread sliced with a rolling pin til slightly flattened.
Step 3
Brush all cavities of a 12 cavity muffin tin with melted butter. Press each slice into one cavity of a muffin tin.
Step 4
In a medium bowl combine sweet potatoes, condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Step 5
Beat all ingredients with an electric mixture until well combined.
Step 6
Divide mixture evenly between all bread cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and top with chopped pecans and marshmallows. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes more or until marshmallows are golden and bubbly.
