Divide the ground beef into 12 sections. Roll each section into a ball with your palm, and flatten slightly into thick patties. Place the 12 patties into a baking dish and cover with teriyaki sauce. Cover, refrigerate and let sit for up to 24 hours.
When you’re ready, preheat your grill to medium-high and cook burgers for 4-6 minutes on each slide. While the patties are cooking, slice the rolls open and prep Pineapple Coleslaw.
Peel and slice the pineapple. Heat grill to medium-high and grill pineapple slices for around 5 minutes on each side until distinct grill marks appear. Let cool slightly and then cut into small cubes. Add to a large bowl, along with shredded cabbage, carrots and onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk mustard, rice wine vinegar, mayo and greek yogurt. Pour over veggie mixture and and mix until evenly coated.
Scoop a heaping spoonful of colelaw into King's Hawaiian rolls, and top with a burger patty. Enjoy immediately!
