  • 2 KING'S HAWAIIAN Sweet Rolls
  • 1/4 ounce Fresh Salmon Fillet
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Wasabi Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon pickled ginger

Preparation

Sweet and tangy healthy salmon sandwich. Great as an appetizer or quick lunch. Flavors of Hawaii are in this delish sandwich.
Step 1
In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger
Step 2
Cut salmon into two pieces marinate in teriyaki sauce for 4 hours.
Step 3
Turn oven on to broil.
Step 4
Put salmon on cookie sheet and broil about 7 minutes until cooked. Set aside
Step 5
Cut King’s Hawaiian rolls in half
Step 6
Spread one tsp. wasabi mayonnaise on each roll.
Step 7
Top mayonnaise with ½ tsp. of fresh ginger
Step 8
Top with cooked salmon.
