Tuxedo Roll

3/4 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons Kimchi, chopped fine
3/4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons powdered sugar
6 cups Cabbage slaw
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
3 pounds cooked lobster meat cubed
3 stalks Celery, diced small
6 tablespoons Green onion - chopped
to taste salt and pepper
to garnish Old Bay seasoning

Step 1
Combine kimchi slaw dressing ingredients. When combined, toss cabbage in dressing and put aside in refrigerator.

Step 2
Combine all lobster salad ingredients (except lobster) well. Add lobster and toss gently to keep lobster meat intact.

Step 3
Assemble slider by placing lobster salad on bottom bun, topping with kimchi slaw. Garnish and enjoy!
