Ultimate Roast Beef Sub Sandwich

4 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
3 tablespoons Softened butter, divided use
8 slices Roast Beef
4 slices Bacon Cooked and cut in half
2 Avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced
4 slices pepperjack cheese
Favorite Condiments like mayo, mustard or barbecue sauce


Step 1
Cut mini sub buns in half and lay cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread each side with butter (using about 2 tablespoons of butter). Broil on low just until buns start to brown. Remove from oven. Set aside bun tops from the baking sheet.

Step 2
Add remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to a skillet over low heat. Add roast beef slices and cook just until they are hot and start to crisp on the edges. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Step 3
Layer toasted buns with 2 slices of roast beef, 2 pieces of bacon (one slice) and top with pepper-jack cheese. Place under the broiler just until cheese is melted.

Step 4
Top with sliced avocado, and spread top side of buns with desired condiments and place over sandwiches. Serve immediately.
