- 1-2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- Optional: maple syrup

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
