  • 24pk Original KING'S HAWAIIAN Sweet Rolls
  • 15 slices Canadian bacon
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 8oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 8 ounces pineapple flavored cream cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups pineapple flavored cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup picked parsley

Take your taste buds on a trip to paradise with this tropical play on the classic breakfast sandwich, the Hawaiian Benedict. Perfect for the entire family!
Step 1
Cook Canadian bacon in a non-stick skillet until pieces begin to brown. Remove and keep warm.
Step 2
Add margarine to the skillet and sauté pineapple. Remove and keep warm.
Step 3
Remove and keep warm.
Step 4
Scramble the eggs.
Step 5
Cut off the tops of the 24pk of King’s Hawaiian Original Rolls forming one large sandwich. Toast with cut sides facing up
Step 6
Spread cream cheese across both sides of the cut rolls.
Step 7
Place the browned Canadian bacon evenly across rolls; divide eggs equally over each serving; top with pineapple and garnish with chopped parsley
Step 8
Replace the 24 roll tops.
Step 9
Serve & enjoy!
