Step 1
Make the roast beef: preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine the granulated garlic, onion powder, rosemary, salt, black pepper in a mixing.
Step 3
Rub the beef roast all over with mustard then season with dry mix all over. Place on a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil and place in center of oven and cook for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven, loosely tent with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing into thin pieces.
Step 5
Make sandwich spread: combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard in a mixing bowl and combine well. Fold in giardiniera, cherry peppers and garlic. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
Step 6
Assemble sandwiches: Split the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls brush the insides of the rolls with melted garlic butter. Toast on a flat griddle on both sides until golden brown.
Step 7
Smear sandwich spread on cut side of rolls “coast to coast”. On the bottom halves top with approx 3oz of sliced roast beef. Top with a slice of pepper jack then melt under broiler.
Step 8
Once melted, top with chopped giardiniera, grated parmesan and top half of bun.
