- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls
- 18 oz thin sliced, roast beef (recipe below)
- ¼ c garlic butter, melted
- 6 slices pepper jack cheese
- ¼ c sandwich spread (recipe below)
- ½ c finely chopped giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)
- 2 T grated parmesan
- Roast Beef :
- 2 lbs beef roast, top round
- 1 T yellow mustard
- 1 T granulated garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- Sandwich Spread :
- ¼ c cream cheese, room temp
- 2 T mayonnaise
- ½ tsp yellow mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T finely chopped giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)
- 1 T finely chopped cherry peppers
