  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls
  • 18 oz thin sliced, roast beef (recipe below)
  • ¼ c garlic butter, melted
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • ¼ c sandwich spread (recipe below)
  • ½ c finely chopped giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)
  • 2 T grated parmesan
  • Roast Beef :
  • 2 lbs beef roast, top round
  • 1 T yellow mustard
  • 1 T granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • Sandwich Spread :
  • ¼ c cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T finely chopped giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)
  • 1 T finely chopped cherry peppers
