In a large nonstick pan heat to low-medium heat.
Lilikoi butter both sides of each slice of bread.
Place into pan and toast bottom side to a golden brown.
Flip and turn heat to low.
On left toasted slice place 2 slices of brie then prosciutto ensuring that every bite gets some and then spread mango chutney over prosciutto.
On the right slice place 2 slices of brie cheese, basil and then sliced tomatoes.
Season tomato with salt and pepper.
Watch carefully for the bottom of slice bread to ensure a golden brown.
When golden brown place right side of grilled cheese onto left side.
Gently press down with spatula on completed grill cheese in pan and continue to heat for 30 seconds.
Flip and continue to heat for 30 seconds to ensure flavors are all infused.
Remove from pan and serve hot.
