Our tasty Mushroom and White Beer Cheese Burger with our Pretzel Hamburger Buns are a fun twist on the Bratwurst Sandwich loaded with Sauerkraut and onions.
In a small bowl add beer, blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon and season with salt and pepper, mix and set aside.
Saute mushrooms with butter and garlic in a small pan and set aside.
Cook patty on griddle or in a pan with salt and pepper to desired temperature and add swiss cheese.

Spoon horseradish cream to bottom bun and top with arugula.
Top arugula with onion rings, and then burger patty.
Place mushrooms on burger patty and top with white beer cheese.
Finish with top bun. Enjoy!
