Ohana Braised Beef Stew Recipe

- 2 lbs beef, brisket, medium dice *note cut beef with a little fat in every piece, keeps it juicy
- 1 lb beef, ground 80/20 blend
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Manele Spice Co, Everyday blend
- 1 cup sweet onion, minced
- 1 cup celery, minced
- ½ cup Garlic, minced
- 2 cup Carrot, medium dice ( reserve)
- 16 oz can Tomato sauce
- 16 oz can Tomato, diced
- 2 tbs. beef base, organic
- 4 cup or 2 large potato, peeled and large diced
