  • 3 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine
  • 3 tbsp. fresh garlic, minced fine
  • 1-2 tsp. dried chili pepper, crushed fine
  • 1-2 fresh Hawaiian chili pepper, crushed (optional)
  • ¾ cup cane sugar
  • ½ cup mirin
  • ¼ cup Everyday Manele Bay blend by, Manele Spice Co.
