  • For the pudding :
  • 1 package (12-pack) KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, cut into cubes and allowed to dry out
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon of bourbon
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the garnish (optional) :
  • Salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • Sweetened whipped cream
