- 1 bottle olive oil
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp minced garlic (or 6 cloves)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz frozen spinach (thawed)
- 1 14 oz can artichokes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp salt
