  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Burger Buns
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 32oz Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 10oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained
  • butter lettuce
  • tomato, sliced
  • avocado, sliced
  • tortilla strips
  • queso fresco
  • cilantro

Preparation

Step 1
Shape ground beef into burger patties. Grill the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
Step 2
Melt velveeta and rotel in a medium saucepan over low heat. You can also melt in the microwave 3-5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
Step 3
To assemble the burgers, place lettuce on bottom bun followed by burger patty, tomato slice, nacho cheese sauce, sliced avocado, tortilla strips, queso fresco, cilantro, top bun and enjoy.
