Melt velveeta and rotel in a medium saucepan over low heat. You can also melt in the microwave 3-5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
To assemble the burgers, place lettuce on bottom bun followed by burger patty, tomato slice, nacho cheese sauce, sliced avocado, tortilla strips, queso fresco, cilantro, top bun and enjoy.
