Kings Hawaiian Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies with Macadamia Nuts and Holiday Sprinkles

- 3 KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls (or enough to yield 1 ½ c. loosely packed, fresh bread crumbs)*
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 12 tablespoon Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, more or less depending on your preference
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract (commonly available at Asian grocers)
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup whole macadamia nuts, finely chopped (chop after measuring the whole nuts)
- Chocolate chips, however many you prefer
- Sprinkles, optional
