RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Your item(s) must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Items stated as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.

How do I contact you?

You can reach out to us by email at khmerch@kingshawaiian.com and we will be happy to assist with all questions regarding your online shopping experience.

What are your customer service hours?

We are happy to assist you during our business hours of M-F 9am-5pm PST. Weekend inquiries will be answered in the order of receipt on Monday (there is no need to resend as we answer the oldest messages and emails first).

How long will it take to get my order?

We are committed to producing and fulfilling orders within 4 business days from the time an order is received during non-holiday periods. During the holidays (November-December), we will make every effort to process and fulfill orders within 10 business days from receiving the order. For questions about the status of your order, please email khmerch@kingshawaiian.com 

How can I check my order status?

If you create an account on our site, you will be able to see your order history and order information by signing in HERE. If you checked out as a guest then you can check your emails for an order confirmation email.

How will I know if my order shipped?

When your order ships from our fulfillment center you will receive a shipping notification email that will include your tracking number inside.

What is your apparel and merchandise return & exchange policy?

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make it right or refund your original purchase price (less the shipping and handling fees). 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. Items stated as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

 

To begin your return or exchange request, please email us at khmerch@kingshawaiian.com. Return shipping will be covered by the customer. 

What if my product arrived damaged?

We apologize for the inconvenience! We are committed to packaging shipments in the best possible way to fully protect the contents, however, items can sometimes be damaged while in transit. In such cases, please email our customer support team and provide a photo of the damaged goods and we will be happy to make it right.

What if my tracking number shows that my package was delivered but I did not receive it?

If your package has still not arrived, we recommend reaching out to FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Why won't my discount code work?

We are sorry for the inconvenience! While we do regularly give out discount codes through our email and social channels, they must meet the criteria in the fine print to apply. Reasons they may not apply could include:   

 

Your discount code may have expired.

• Only one discount can be applied per order.

• Some discounts require a minimum purchase amount.

• Some discounts apply only to a specific product or exclude specific products. 

 

Please ensure you check the fine print associated with the discount code on the email or post you saw it. If you feel the code is broken, please reach out to us at khmerch@kingshawaiian.com. 

Why didn't all of my items ship in one package?

Our merchandise/apparel and food products are shipped from separate locations. Depending on the amount of product or merchandise/apparel you purchase, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking information for each package shipped.  There are no additional fees for split-shipped orders.

Do you ship overseas?

As of now, we only ship within the United States. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our product fulfillment primarily ships via FedEx.

Why is there a Prop 65 warning on my items?

According to California law, we are required to provide a warning about items that may contain chemicals that could cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm if consumers are exposed to them above certain levels. The chemicals included in Prop 65 are a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic checmicals that include additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents.
