Q: Is there a particular use for the cardboard bottom in the package since it is perforated and has three holes that appear to be vents?

A: Aloha!

Great question! The rolls are actually baked on those trays, so we have the perforations to make sure the heat distributes evenly when they go into the oven :)

Q: Is it ok to freeze your rolls? Bought a package for Christmas Day. The Best Buy date is torn (purchased from Amazon Fresh, delivered 12/11 & they put a label (torn) on the package). I saw In your Q&A’s you say fresh 14 days from shipment date. Assuming they won’t last until Christmas. Thank you.

Q: Do you have to bake these before eating?

A: Aloha!

Our products are ready to eat as they are fully baked. In fact, most people say our bread and rolls don’t even make it to the table because they tear into it right away. Most of our products have an ovenable tray or tin, but don’t let that fool you…this is just so you can easily place them in the oven and enjoy them warm.

To enjoy them warm, keep all the product inside the container and just remove the plastic wrapping! Place this into a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2-3 minutes for the rolls and 3-5 minutes for the bread, depending on how warm you want it. You will then have a sweet smelling home to enjoy your rolls. You can also microwave the rolls for about 5-10 seconds in standard microwaves by wrapping it in a damp paper towel.

The bread will be fresh for fourteen days from the date of shipment. The ""Best By"" date will be confirmed by a sticker on the box containing the product.
