  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound bacon crumbles
  • 1 package (10 ounces) spinach chopped
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes chopped

Preparation

Everybody loves bacon! And by adding some spinach, tomato, and delicious KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread, you will have a fantastic dip for everyone to enjoy.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Carve out the bread's core within one inch of the bottom and sides, creating a bread bowl. Set aside the core.
Step 3
Cut the cored bread horizontally into 1/2-inch strips.
Step 4
Brush both sides of the strips with olive oil. Use cookie cutters to cut the strips into fun shapes; place on foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 5
Brush inside of bowl lightly with olive oil.
Step 6
Place bowl on separate baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake bowls and bread shapes for 11-13 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 8
Blend mayo and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Add bacon and spinach; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Step 9
Just before serving, stir in tomatoes; salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Transfer the dip into the bread bowl and serve with toasted bread shapes on the side.
