In a Medium size sauce pot combine beer and chicken broth (season with salt and pepper).
Butterfly bratwurst, cut in half and griddle or saute beer braised bratwurst to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
In a small sauce pan add 1 cup Velveeta cheese and 1/2 cup of beer and warm on low till melted.
Butter and toast KING'S HAWAIIAN Pretzel Slider Buns.
On bottom of the KING'S HAWAIIAN Pretzel Slider Buns, spread mustard the top with pickles.
Place griddled bratwurst cut side up and ladle beer cheese.
Top beer cheese with onions and garnish with parsley.
